CAN I RETURN SIZES THAT DON'T FIT?
Due to the cutom nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns other than a mistake on our part. If item is unworn and NOT PERSONALIZED we may be able to exchange for the same item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR AM MISSING SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER?
Occasionally a defective item will make it through the quality control, or we just may overlook something! We ask that you review your order as soon as possible and contact us within 72 hours. We will be happy to help within that time frame.
WHY IS SALES TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?
tax is determined by the county that the products are being delivered
to, and is collected on behalf of the county. The price of the shirt
remains the same regardless of which county it is delivered to. We are
only in control of the price of our goods, not the county in which it’s
being delivered to, which makes us unable to quote prices including the
sales tax. You will receive and invoice with your total including tax
once you place your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We strive to turnaround custom orders in about 2 weeks, or 7-10 business days. (Does not include weekend days) HOWEVER during certain times of the year that may be a bit longer. Please email us if you have a question about our production schedule, or have a special order. We would be happy to try and accommodate.
